If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

You can return your order within 48 hours of receiving it. For yourreturn to be accepted, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
1、Unused and Unworn: The item(s) must be in the same condition aswhen you received them-unworn, unwashed, and not put in adryer.
2、Clean and Odor-Free: The item(s) must not have strong odors (e.g.
smoke, body odors) or be covered in pet or human hair.
3、No Damage or Stains: The item(s) must not be stained, damaged.
or altered in any way.
4、Good Packaging box: The packaging box must be in good condition,
and all original tags (sewn-in or hang tags) must still be intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email toconfirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approvedor rejected. lf approved, your refund will be processed, and theamount will be credited back to your original payment method within1-2days.
